Presidential debate is not about being erudite. The ability to articulate your vision and mission is key.
The position of candidates on issues like :
human rights
Federalism
Revenue generation/ allocation
Party manifesto
Foreign policy
Defence
Education
Health
Corruption
Jobs creation
Power generation
Industrial/
agricultural Dev.
Transportation
sports/youth Development
Inter- governmental relations
Rule of law
Etc.
can form bases of the debate.

Live debate has come to be part of the democratic culture and one wonder why APC's Buhari is denying Nigeria voters opportunity to watch 2015 Presidential debate ?
Why is Buhari and APC not submitting to Presidential Debate ?
Why are they not ready to debate their so Called Policies 'Changes'?
Opposition candidates all over the world support live debate with the incumbent.
Why is Buhari and APC different ?
I want to see Transformation Vs Change debate !
You present your points and counter your opponents with facts and figures when need be.
All these cannot be achieved during soapbox activities.
Presidential election debates ought to have enhanced our democratic process and tradition but those who profess CHANGE are dodging it.

President Goodluck Jonathan will defend his TRANSFORMATION while Buhari will Convince us on his CHANGE during the debate .
But are we going to have debate ?
APC/Buhari said No!
Any ambitious Presidential Candidate that is not ready to articulate his or her agendas and debate with opponents is not part of new thinking for the Largest African Economy .
The World Third fastest growing economy (Nigeria) needs articulate President as we match into A world where Oil will play less role .
This is where Buhari is off it.
Note that Buhari and APC rejected previous attempts to have 2015 PRESIDENTIAL election debate .
But , we still have time for this ever important debate .
Yes we can still convince Buhari for this debate .
Since Goodluck Jonathan stated that he is ready to debate with Buhari,
I appeal to all lovers of this country and her democracy , let's go convince Buhari for Presidential election debate.
