A Popular Nollywood actor, Osita Iheme, known as "Pawpaw" has build a multi million naira hotels at the heart of owerri, the capital city of Imo State.
The Imo State Born actor, who is not known to be a star who lavishes his money on luxury things like some of his counterparts in the razzmatazz industry.
A source close to the Nollywood actor, Osita fondly called Pawpaw by his teeming fans, said that he started building the hotel some months back in Imo state and he is very proud to have successfully completed the project, which he named ‘The Resident’.
The talented actor hosted a couple of friends over the weekend at the hotel based in Owerri, where he hinted them that the hotel would soon be launched
But the official opening of the hotel is yet to be announced at the time of the press

Our reporters gathered that 'The Resident' is located on Osita Iheme crescent in Ala Owerre area of Imo state. There are indications that the place will be launched before Christmas.
